Gourmet.com has a selection of free online videos that equal / surpass Food Channel’s quality. :O ~ Disclaimer: Food Channel is wonderful, but they’re seemingly about illustrious bottom dollar and stellar staged showmanship.
But Gourmet Magazine has created brilliant, earthy, genuine, super high quality videos that touch the heart and smackdown on the soul.

Oddly, never did really care to make any of the Food Channel Recipes even though totally enjoy the shows. But INCREDIBLY tempted to make Gourmet Mags online recipes. Like Pea Salad with black walnuts, mint and fresh cheese curd. ? Yup. Frances McDorland loved it… must be great. : ) And Ruth’s Homemade Melted Cheese Sandwich with minced sweet red and white onion, scallion, leek, shallot. It was DELICIOUS.
